Minutes of the 1st Council Working Meeting
On September 1, 2017, at 9:00 AM, the 1st Council Working Meeting of the Huangshi City Friction Material Raw Material Association was held in the conference room of Hubei Fengjiashan Silicon Fiber Co., Ltd. The meeting discussed the division of work among the association's leadership, future work plans, and other matters. The following minutes are recorded.
1. The 25 representatives from 17 participating units at this meeting are: Wang Yiting and Wang Dong from Xinyi Company, Shi Daijia and Wang Jian from Wangping Company, Zhao Lieyi from Duxin Company, Zhao Liefa from Qifa Company, Xu Bo from Sait Company, Huang Haiqiao from Haina Company, Cao Weiqiang from Lianyou Company, Cao Quanxing and Cui Kaiping from Yaoxing Company, Shi Dahai from Yuhai Company, Ye Zongdeng from Jiangcheng Company, Zhu Jie and Wan Hui from Leixin Company, Feng Wenlin from Daye City Jinpeng Friction Material Co., Ltd., Zheng Rui from Fengjiashan Company, Zhu Chunping from Changxin Company, Li Jian from Tuoshi Company, and invited attendees include Chen Xingan, Director of the City Industrial Association Office, legal advisor Zou Jubao, and 4 representatives from Huangshi Green Shield Company. (Dean Chen Yue from the Institute of Technology was unable to attend due to other commitments.)
2. The work for this meeting was provided by Hubei Fengjiashan Silicon Fiber Co., Ltd.
3. The representatives discussed relevant matters of the association and reached a consensus.
1,Study Document:Wang Dong from Xinyi Company read the compilation of materials on the spirit of the 13th Plenary (Expanded) Session of the Huangshi Municipal Committee, which includes the decision document on adhering to the strategy of strengthening the city through industry and accelerating development. All representatives present studied it together.
2,Review and Approve Documents:Documents drafted by Xinyi Company, including the "Draft of Association Meeting Discipline," "Notice on the Division of Work for the President, Vice Presidents, Secretary-General, and Supervisors (Draft)," and "Submission Requirements for the Association's 'Voice of the Raw Materials' Newsletter from Each Council Unit," were distributed in the association's WeChat group during the meeting. The representatives discussed and unanimously approved them with applause. The official documents will be sent to the association's WeChat group, and paper copies will be provided at the next meeting.
3,Association Work Plan:To better carry out the work of the association in the last four months of 2017, this meeting discussed this work and will follow the work arrangements for the last four months of 2017.
4,Progress of Association Registration:Wang Dong from Xinyi Company reported on the progress of the association's registration to the conference. The registration work is basically ready and nearing completion, and they are currently waiting for the Huangshi Civil Affairs Bureau to issue the certificate.
5,Credit Rating Seminar:This meeting invited Huangshi Green Shield Credit Company to participate and provided training on credit knowledge for industrial enterprises in Huangshi. Interested enterprises can directly contact the company.
6,Other Work:① The association was invited to participate in the council of the China Friction Sealing Materials Association, with Vice President Zhao Lieyi representing the association; ② Association President Wang Yiting reported on the inspection and study trip to Heyuan, Guangdong; ③ After the association opens an account, units that have not paid their membership fees should transfer the fees to the association's account according to the membership fee standards; ④ The registered capital of the association will be contributed by the three initiating units: Xinyi Company, Wangping Company, and Duxin Company, each contributing 10,000 yuan to the association's account.
