Dear entrepreneurs and guests:

Good morning, everyone!

On the occasion of the first member conference and the first council meeting of the Huangshi Enterprise Federation Friction Material Raw Materials Branch, I would like to extend my warm congratulations on the successful convening of the meeting, as well as the election of the president, vice presidents, secretary general, and council members! Through you, I express my highest respect to all entrepreneurs in the Huangshi friction material raw materials industry!

Huangshi is an important production base for friction material raw materials in the country, with unique advantages and conditions for the production and processing of friction material raw materials. After 20 years of development, the sales of friction material raw materials account for 50% of the domestic market share of similar products. This achievement is the result of the hard work and efforts of all the entrepreneurs present.

Achievements only represent the past, not the future. Only through continuous effort can we make continuous progress. We must realize that relying solely on selling raw materials and primary products makes it difficult for enterprises to grow stronger, and for the industry to move into the mid-to-high end of the value chain. In the face of the tightening macro and microeconomic situation in 2016, the newly established Huangshi Enterprise Federation Friction Material Raw Materials Branch must lead everyone to continue the past and create new brilliance.

We sincerely hope that the branch will actively fulfill its responsibilities. In accordance with the development strategy of the municipal party committee and government of 'ecological city, strong industry', we should adhere to serving enterprises and entrepreneurs, effectively fulfill our duties, innovate service methods, and promote mutual learning, communication, cooperation, orderly competition, and common development among enterprises. At the same time, we hope that our entrepreneurs will actively leverage the branch platform to find ways to grow and strengthen their enterprises, expand scale, enhance technology, improve management, and build a strong brand, making new and greater contributions to the development of Huangshi's friction material raw materials industry.

We sincerely hope that the branch will actively play its role. In particular, it should serve as a link between enterprises and a bridge between government and enterprises, ensuring that 'information flows from top to bottom and feedback flows from bottom to top', promptly conveying the decisions and deployments of the municipal economic and information commission and the enterprise federation, and timely reflecting the opinions, suggestions, and demands of enterprises and entrepreneurs, striving to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and promote the rapid and healthy development of enterprises.

We sincerely hope that the branch will actively strengthen its own construction. Continuously improve the organizational structure, establish sound rules and regulations for the branch, and promote the smooth development of branch work. At the same time, activities should be carried out in accordance with actual conditions, using activities as a carrier and platform to enhance cohesion, strengthen service capabilities, and expand influence, providing better services and environments for enterprise development and entrepreneur growth.

Finally, I wish our Friction Material Raw Materials Branch continuous development and growth, and wish all leaders and entrepreneurs good health, smooth work, and prosperous careers!

Meeting Discipline

1. Participants should enter the venue 5 minutes in advance, and must not be late or leave early without reason, nor leave the meeting midway.

2. Absences without reason are not allowed; if there are matters to attend to, please ask the secretary general for leave.

3. During the meeting, loud talking, whispering, changing seats, or dozing off is not allowed.

4. Smoking and using mobile phones in the venue are prohibited to ensure order.

5. Communication devices should be turned off or set to vibrate during the meeting.

6. Making or receiving phone calls in the venue is not allowed.

7. Participants are not allowed to engage in unrelated tasks or move around freely in the venue.
