1. High strength and wear resistance:

Aramid fibers have extremely high strength and modulus, far exceeding conventional metals and most organic fibers. When processed into pulp form, they can be used as reinforcement materials in brake pad materials, significantly enhancing the mechanical properties and wear resistance of the brake pads, ensuring good friction performance and structural integrity during prolonged and high-intensity braking.

2. Excellent thermal stability:

The thermal stability of aramid pulp is extremely high, maintaining considerable strength and dimensional stability even under extreme braking conditions. It does not soften or decompose due to rapid temperature increases, allowing brake pads containing aramid pulp to maintain a stable friction coefficient at high temperatures, reducing the risk of brake failure.

3. Good friction performance:

The unique surface structure of aramid pulp can increase the contact area and bite force between the friction pair surfaces, thereby enhancing the friction force and braking torque of the brake pads. This characteristic makes aramid pulp an indispensable component in high-performance brake pads.

4. Reduced noise and wear:

Due to the good compatibility of aramid pulp with other friction materials, it can optimize the microstructure inside the brake pads, thereby reducing vibrations and noise during the braking process, and helping to reduce wear on the brake discs, improving the overall lifespan of the braking system.
