● Minimal oxidation, high purity, with total zinc content greater than 99.5% and metallic zinc content greater than 97%.
● Low content of harmful substances (especially lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, iron), controlled to below 0.001%, high activity, good corrosion resistance, and more environmentally friendly.
● Particles are regularly spherical, with smooth and clean surfaces; irregular shapes and clumped particles are rare.
Product Applications:
Chemical production: used in the production of insurance powder, lithopone (zinc barium white), carving white blocks, dye intermediates, etc., as a reducing agent in large quantities, with a coarser particle size than zinc powder used in coatings, with an average particle size of 10-12μm.
Zinc anti-corrosion coating production: The main use of metallic zinc is for the corrosion protection of steel components, with coating methods including hot-dip, electroplating, thermal spraying, zinc-rich coatings, powder coating, and zinc diffusion, among which hot-dip is the primary method. Zinc-rich coatings are mainly used for large components unsuitable for hot-dip and electroplating, such as large outdoor steel structures (marine engineering, bridge pipelines, highway guardrails, etc.), ships, containers, etc. Depending on the film-forming base material, zinc-rich coatings can be divided into organic and inorganic types. Organic zinc-rich coatings commonly use epoxy esters, epoxy resins, chlorinated rubber, vinyl resins, and polyurethane resins as film-forming base materials, with zinc powder content in the dry film reaching 85%-92%. Inorganic zinc-rich paints use water-based lithium silicate, water-based potassium silicate, ethyl silicate, or cement slurry as base materials, with zinc powder content in the dry film reaching 92%. The average particle sizes of zinc powder for coatings are 2-3μm and 5-7μm.

Pharmaceuticals and pesticides: Zinc powder is used as a reducing agent in the production of anti-inflammatory drugs, and as a raw material for producing highly effective low-toxicity pyrethroid pesticides.
Packaging:
The regular packaging for this product is sealed iron drum packaging or woven bag packaging, lined with plastic film inner bags, with a net weight of 25-50Kg per drum (bag); flexible bulk bag packaging is also available, with unit packaging of 500Kg/bag or 1000Kg/bag. Additionally, our company can provide various special forms of packaging according to customer requirements.Storage and Transportation:
This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated environment free from acids, bases, and flammable materials, and care should be taken to prevent moisture, rain exposure, and open flames during storage and transportation, avoiding damage and leakage of the outer packaging.
