In the manufacturing of brake pads, the application and role of kaolin are as follows:

1. Reinforcing filler:

• Kaolin, as an inorganic filler added to the brake pad formulation, can improve the bulk density and mechanical strength of the friction material, making the brake pads more wear-resistant and durable.

2. Improving friction performance:
