Cobalt blue is a blue powder with a greenish hue. It is primarily composed of cobalt aluminate Co(AlO2)2. It is obtained by mixing cobalt phosphate with aluminum hydroxide or aluminum oxide and then calcining. It is heat-resistant, light-resistant, acid-resistant, and alkali-resistant. It is used in the production of glass and ceramics, as well as in drawing and painting.
Modified wollastonite refers to a functional filler material obtained by surface treatment of natural wollastonite through physical or chemical methods. Wollastonite (CaSiO3) is a chain-structured silicate mineral with excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, high aspect ratio, low oil absorption, electrical insulation, and relatively high mechanical strength.
